The function is located primarily in our Arrowtown Gallery, however, travel between Christchurch and Arrowtown will be required on a semi-regular basis for exhibitions and training purposes. this function guarantees the capability for professional development and personal growth through everyday engagement with high calibre artworks, artists, and visitors to the gallery. We will offer you training in a range of Adobe programmes, professional handling of artworks, and knowledge of New Zealand art. You will also be provided with the opportunity to form relationships with both senior artists and collectors, alike. We ask that you have previous gallerypractice,and most importantly a genuine interest in the visual arts. This position comes with a generous hourly rate, working in the picturesque, heritage village of Arrowtown. The hours of work are from Wednesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm.
