This contractor has broad construction practice across all commercial building spheres. They win their work through tendering, ECI and government panels. They know who they are, their reputation attracts staff to work long term. Directors work in the business and are flexible and knowledge to various employee needs. They have a number of new projects coming up across that span education, apartments, warehousing, industrial, commercial office new builds, and major refurbishments that now require an additional PM. Reporting to the Construction Director, this function will see you running several projects with values between $10M - $20M. You will lead a team of SM's and Foreman and have complete responsibility for the delivery to milestones and targets. Your background » You will have a minimum of 8 years practice working as a Project Manager building medium sized commercial projects between $10M - $30M » You will be able to demonstrate a strong longevity rdcord of employment with recognised names in the Auckland construction market » You will have worked with leading systems such as Procore, MS Project, Aconex etc » Any practice in pre-construction and or D&B projects will be looked upon favourably, but this is not essential » You will be able to produce strong references from key stakeholders including clients, employers & subcontractors » A trade qualification coupled with tertiary qualification in Construction will be ideal » You must have a solid foundation of expertise across contracts, financial management of projects and sound stakeholder management expertise, » Mentoring expertise to support less practiced staff is essential In recognition of your efforts, you will be compensateed with a market leading income of $150K - $180K plus a brand-new vehicle + bonuses This is a great opportunity to join a trusted commercial contractor with a top brand.
