As a People Administrator you will be the first port of call for employee related queries and delivering error free documentation on a everyday basis.

The function
You will be the first port of call for employee related queries and delivering error free documentation on a day to day basis. Ensuring the smooth coordination of the employee lifecycle, from induction to the end of employment, with each interaction contributing to a positive employee practice.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
   » To deliver best practice administration services to our internal stakeholders
   » Ensure all databases are maintained and employee tracking information is accurate
   » Contribute to operational and ad hoc reports as needed
   » Effectively utilise tools and processes in support of an enriched employee/leader practice
   » Support the health and safety programme and employee wellness initiatives
   » Coordinate Police Vetting
   » Work on people related projects, initiatives, and activities
About you:
   » Previous practice (ideally two plus years) in supporting organisations to deliver best practice within either HR or administration
   » Ideally two years HR practice
   » Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
   » Advanced expertise using Microsoft Office 365 services, including Teams and ideally Sharepoint
   » Accurately managed data and tracking systems and capable of data manipulation
   » An organised multitasker who can contact with multiple people and manage their expectations in a timely manner
   » Ideally has worked with NZ employment-related law and people management practice
