Job Opportunity: Integrity Advisor – Auckland:ACC_hainesJob description:Job Description» Help drive our proactive and avoidance first approach to protect the integrity of the ACC scheme from the effects of waste, abuse and fraud» Manage your contribution to team caseloads of integrity issues » Newmarket and Wellington locations Our team is spread across NZ and this primarily phone-located function will be in our Newmarket office. We are open to a broad range of backgrounds to be prosperous you’ll need to bring your curiosity, passion to collaborate with others and innovative problem solving expertise to the function. We are a large and complex organisation where you will seek to understand, manage and resolve integrity incidents. What will you be doing? » Engaging with internal and external customers to understand personal circumstances, decision making and contributing factors to prevent abuse, waste and fraud at the earliest opportunity » Delivering advice that supports quality decisions, ensuring risk is managed at the earliest point » Managing and contributing to a team caseload of Integrity issues and providing credible advice to ACC business units, stakeholders and customers predominantly over the phone or through customer outcome reports » Providing quality advice from your insights to improve ACC systems and processes in relation to integrity » At times, educating and influencing both internal and external stakeholders What you need to be prosperous: » A availability to pick up the phone and engage with a wide variety of people by asking the right questions to influence better behavioural results » Exposure to integrity and/or operational risk management » Excellent judgement, problem solving and sound decision making expertise » You’ll be a team player with a high level of initiative and a proactive working style » Interest in contributing to leading professional practice in protecting the ACC scheme from the impacts of fraud, waste and abuse » capability to work through ambiguity to deliver results and commitment from others » Your capability to analyse the information you collect along the way, your curiosity to uncover the facts and provide insights to improve system integrity will be invaluable for this function What’s in Information technology for you? » A developing team and environment where you have the opportunity to make your mark and progress » wide variety of benefits Working at ACC We know that a diverse and inclusive team helps us meet the needs of our customers, and we welcome candidates from every ethnicity, national origin, gender identity, age, and those with a discapability or who have additional mental health needs.
