As kaitiaki for the whenua we have developed the geothermal resources with the whakatauki to hold fast to the land and make use of our land for the wellbeing of ng? uri whakatipuranga. Since 1991 when the Trust was formed, the investment diversification for the trust has grown to include farming, horticulture, geothermal energy and tourism. Due to the growth within the Trust, we have a great new opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join the team and drive real results for the Trust. You will have: » Minimum of five years' practice within an Accounting or Finance function, with a significant degree qualification and membership with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (or equivalent). » A self-starter, with the capability to work autonomously without close supervision. » capability to build positive working relationships, developing trust and credibility with staff and Managers. » Excellent communication expertise, with the capability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner. » Able to multitask and have a ?can do' attitude with a high level of attention to detail. » Commercial nous and an capability to question. » Sound expertise in and practice with Xero, Power BI and Workday practice would be considered favorably. » capability to work in a Te Ao M?ori environment.
