As such, we are seeking a sales-driven, operationally focused leader to join our team based in the Lower North Island as an Area Manager. You will play a pivotal role in the growth of the region, which will be achieved by ensuring that your teams within the Civil sector are trained, supported, and motivated to achieve their KPIs across sales, operations, compliance, and health and safety. We have amazing things planned for 2023 and you will play a key role in proactively driving company goals, initiatives, and objectives. What do you need to succeed? » You need to have a fun, passionate, nurturing approach to leading teams » A proven ability to develop, present and close medium to large sales opportunities » You must be creative and innovative when considering client-specific solutions » You can't be afraid to communicate and have open, honest & transparent conversations both internally & externally to assist with establishing and maintaining long-standing relationships » Experience and confidence in leading teams of consultants, driving results & ensuring urgency across the onboarding/placing process » Experience working towards a budget and targets whilst managing costs All applicants must have the right to work in NZ.
