Duties may include: » Accounts receivable and payable duties » Answering Incoming calls » Replying to enquiry emails » Customer service » Ensuring the office runs smoothly » Data entry and filing » Ordering stationery and PPE » Any other general Administration responsibilities To be considered for this role you will also need great attention to detail, be confident and competent using Microsoft Office including Word & Excel and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience using MYOB would also be advantageous.
