About this exciting opportunity
As part of the Business Customer Solutions (BCS) leadership abilities Team, you will be supporting the BCS Manager to create a more strategic and proactive approach to delivering effective targeted services to key businesses, intermediaries and associations. Services can range from solution and issues management through to product and service education where you will assist your team to develop strong relationships both internally and externally. This team will also support the delivery of centrally developed campaigns, products and initiatives for the benefit of our business customers.
We work with a diverse range of customer groups at ACC so knowledge your team’s portfolios will be crucial in the development of our levy products and the success of this function.
To be prosperous in this function:
   » practiced Manager and Leader (4-6 years) supporting a high performing, business focused team across multiple locations
   » Broad knowledge of New Zealand businesses and practice in managing business relationships at a senior level
   » practice working with different Industry, Associations and Intermediaries as well as Government
   » Operational strength to support a complex portfolio and using a variety of different engagement channels to achieve organisational results
   » capability to navigate complex issues and promote customer centric solutions
   » Strong team player and leader demonstrating a hands-on and supportive approach to encourage a cohesive Business Customer Solutions delivery.
You will be an practiced people leader, able to naturally embed a culture of high engagement and performance. Remotely located, you will also be able to form strong working relationships with the Manager BCS and your peers in the BCS leadership abilities Team all of whom are located in other locations around the country. You will possess a high level of business acumen and can demonstrate you have credibility with our business customers.
