This role is a very rewarding job with instant impact on the customers you will be providing a service to. The Client is seeking an installation fitter, you will install modular ramps systems in peoples home throughout the Canterbury region. The main Responsibilities » Installation of our modular ram system and constructing timber platforms at client's homes. » Liaising with clients over the phone to organise ETA's and delivery routes » Loading of work vehicle with all products, tools, and accessories from our Feilding workshop » Driving our vehicles to a safe standard » Maintaining a high standard of workmanship in all duties » You will be required to assist with site measures and preparing plans for quoting purposes. Training will be provided for all aspect of the job. The client provided a work vehicle, a cell phone /tablet and supply all tools /equipment required to preform the job with efficiency. Each installation takes 5-6 hours and can be anywhere in Canterbury. Generally, you will working sole charge and installing the assembly on your own. The job sometimes requires overnight travel approx. 2-3 nights per week with accommodation and food allowances Installation technicians are prize resource for building strong relationships with our customers.
