The two day festival, staged in the Cuba Street precinct has become one of the Wellington region's iconic events. In its sixth iteration, CubaDupa 2021 was attended by an estimated 150,000 people, with 500 performances, 20 parades, and 50 stages and creative zones. The Logistics Manager works with the Operations Manager to plan and deliver logistic requirements leading up to and during the festival weekend. This position supports the continuation of CubaDupa's reputation as a Street Arts Festival with a high-quality production value. The Logistics Manager will provide support to the Operations Manager to deliver the site requirments for CubaDupa: » Logistics, planning and implementation of operation requirements » Parking, Bodycorp, and business relationships and permissions » Quoting, and managing delivery of operational located elements including, signage, sanitation, waste management, infrastructure and info booths. » Support external venues in developing emergency and operational planning. » Communications - internal and external » Scheduling and management of production crew and personnel » Health & Safety Management Please see the full Job description below.
