The LDC is focused on developing consistent learning practices across the public service to build strong leadership abilities capabilities and encourage shared mindsets in our leaders. The focus of the LDC is currently broadening to also include the expertise and skills that are unique to being a public servant. this function sits within the LDC group and supports this new focus. Advisor, leadership abilities Development We are seeking for an Advisor to join our leadership abilities Development programmes team. In this function you will bring your passion for leadership abilities development to support the design and delivery of a range of leadership abilities development offerings for current and future Public Service leaders. You will utilise your strong communication skills to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and your design and development skills to build for, and connect, leaders with timely and significant development opportunities to grow and deepen their leadership abilities skills. Do you have? » Strong communication skills, both oral and written. » Project and self-management skills to work on multiple projects and still meet deadlines. » skills dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders. » Digital skills and expertise of Information technology systems and applications, especially MS Office. » expertise of tikanga M?ori, te ao M?ori and te reo and understand the implications of te Tiriti on today’s society and public service.
