About the Position: An excellent opportunity for anybody who comes from a Customer Service background, whether Information technology be call centre, office located collections, administration, retail or even hospitality – if talking to people is your thing – we want to hear from you. Full comprehensive training available. this function would see you dealing with existing customers and remedying any queries, account changes/updates or issues they may have. You’ll be assisting customers with payment plans, updating account details, providing account summaries, setting up new contacts and keeping the customer portal up to date. You’ll also be responsible for reaching out to customers with overdue payments owing, so you’ll be an absolute natural when Information technology comes to communicating with people from all walks of life, in a respectful, kind and relatable way. Career progression available. This is a full time position that would see you working Tuesday to Friday (10:30am to 7:00pm) & Saturday (8:00am to 4:00pm) however flexibility for the right people will be available. You will also be able to work in the house two days a week!
