With ACC, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen. Due to internal progression We are seeking for a Design and Implementation Advisor to join the team, you’ll be a key player in ensuring ACC’s strategic direction is delivered upon. Your expertise and attributes will help enhance, create and transform our levy products and services for our Business Customers.
You’ll have the opportunity to establish yourself as a source of expertise and a strong influencer within this position. The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate teams to deliver innovative solutions.
You must be able to demonstrate the following:
   » Support and develop strong evidence-located approaches to design/change, that balance the interest of customers and stakeholders
   » Build solutions through collaborative working with internal and external partners
   » Engage with stakeholders and bring them on the design and delivery journey
   » Drive programmes of work within a multi-faceted customer services environment
   » Work effectively within a legislated environment and apply a systems thinking approach
