Our Talent Team is here to do the same for our amazing ACC Whanau. Are you an HR Business Partner who is interested to expand your knowledge into organisational design? Do you have a basic knowledge of organisational design principles? Have you used this knowledge to help an organisation create customer- focused teams? Our functions include the full range of organisational design activities including function design and helping to define/refine ways of working. A bit about you: » You’ll need a good grounding in organisational design principles and some practical organisation change practice ideally in a large complex business » You can think strategically and communicate with diverse audiences. » Your strong relationship building expertise will be invaluable as well as your collaborative approach » Running change projects in a structured way (Agile practice would be great) » You’ve got a strong eye for detail What we can offer you: In return, we can offer broad, interesting work and an organisation that invests in your development.
