The role: As Customer Service Team Leader you will be managing a team of three others. The team's duties mainly include processing orders, dealing with customer inquiries and ensuring the efficient delivery of products. As Team Leader your duties will also cover all aspects of people management from performance reviews through to streamlining systems and processes to ensure customers are getting the best service possible.
