Job Description:
As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the management of internal New Zealand-based accounts. Working in such a dynamic role will allow the opportunity to showcase your expertise in account management, administration, accounting, finance, problem solving and more. We are seeking an all-rounder with a winning mentality, one who possesses a friendly demeanor, exceptional work ethics, and a willingness to tackle any challenge with a smile.
Key Accountabilities:
   » Monthly PnL Reporting for New Zealand and Consolidated Accounts
   » Stock Analysis Reporting
   » Cash Management, including FX Control
   » GST Returns and Reconciliations
   » Accounts Payable and Receivable
   » Customer Service Support via phone and email
   » Invoicing PM Servicing Job Sheets / Sales
   » Assisting with Sale Quotations and Processing Sales
   » Filing and Archiving
   » Assisting with Year-End Accounts
In this role, you will encounter a wide range of challenges typical of a dynamic and fast-moving business, particularly related to customer tenders and associated deadlines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
   » The right to work in New Zealand
   » Strong numerical and analytical skills
   » Previous experience in accounting or administration
   » Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
   » Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
   » Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
   » Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
   » A positive and adaptable attitude
