The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with strong business acumen, exemplary leadership skills, and a genuine passion for working with the elderly. Key Responsibilities: » Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. » Oversee all aspects of the facility's operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with regulations. » Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and staff development. » Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community. » Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure the safety, well-being, and quality of life of our residents. » Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external agencies to enhance the delivery of care and services. Requirements: » Registered Nurse qualification with a current practicing certificate. » Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the aged care sector. » Strong business acumen and the ability to effectively manage budgets and resources. » Passionate about working with the elderly and committed to providing person-centered care. » Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. » Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team. » Good connections within the local community and a commitment to building and maintaining positive relationships. » Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in aged care.
