As a Guest Services Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the residents receive the highest level of service and support. What You'll Do: » Lead and motivate a team of guest services associates to deliver personalized excellent customer centric service. » Coordinate special services and activities offered » Handle resident requests, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism » Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment » Conduct regular assessments of guest services operations and implement improvements as needed » Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident interactions and services provided » Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in senior living and hospitality management What We're Looking For: » Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or senior living management » Strong leadership abilities with a focus on creating a positive and supportive work culture » Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in working with seniors and their families » Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to enhance the lives of our residents » Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment » Proficiency in Microsoft suite and general computer skills.
