Coordinate effective service of addiction contracts for this M?ori provider & directly influence service results. About the function Demonstrate effective leadership abilities expertise operate with a high level of cultural competency adhering to Tikanga Principles. This organisation puts a large emphasis on recognising and working within a Te AoM?ori worldview. Manage service contracts that fall under all addiction categories including gambling, alcohol and drugs. Dedicate 10 hours per week to a personal caseload while you develop professional relationships with service users and their whanau to ensure high quality services. The HR team, along with the GM of Community Services, will assist you and your team in providing services to those who need Information technology most.
