The PSA Te P?kenga Here Tikanga Mahi has a permanent, full time organiser vacancy located in our Auckland office. We are seeking for people with: » A commitment to the work of trade unions. » An capability to improve the quality of PSA Te Pukenga Here Tikanga Mahi members' working lives. » The capcapability to build durable working relationships with members, employers, government and industry representatives. » The expertise to develop and support members and delegates in dealing with issues impacting on their working lives. » Excellent communication, advocacy and leadership abilities expertise. » An capability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, both independently and as part of a team. The PSA Te P?kenga Here Tikanga Mahi is committed to honouring Te Tiriti O Waitangi across our organisation and the work we do. expertise of te reo and tikanga M?ori will therefore be an advantage. The income range for this position is$71,589 to $101,671. New employees enter the range on a starting rate located upon previous significant practice and commensurate with internal relativities.
