As a trusted advisor, the Procurement Specialist is responsible for ensuring our behaviour, practise, and systems are delivering a ?relational approach to commissioning' that will better contribute to intergenerational wellbeing. Initiatives such as Broader results, Progressive Procurement, the Economic Plan for a Productive, Sustainable and Inclusive Economy further necessitate new thinking and new ways of doing things from ACC. Procurement Specialists are accountable for leading and innovating the commissioning of our health services to deliver value-located healthcare and influencing earlier planning of commissioning initiatives. What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function: » significant qualification in procurement (e.g., CIPS), supply chain or significant industry practice » practice working in a commercial environment and building business relationships » practice in health is desirable » leadership abilities practice is desirable » practiced in negotiations in a commercial business environment » expertise of contract law is desirable » Strong written and communication expertise » Attention to detail is essential » capability to remain calm and positive under pressure We offer a great range of company benefits and the opportunityto work within a highly motivated and progressive procurement team, working with many large, sometimes complex, social procurement activities to support ACC's clients to return to independence.
