We offer a selection of wine from the Hawkes Bay and Marlborough regions and sell to over 65 countries worldwide. Our wines are created to be shared with food amongst great company. We are excited to be starting a new chapter at our Cellar Door by creating unique practices for our guests that ensure they become part of our family. About the function We seek a permanent or casual part-time Cellar Door adjunct to work on weekends and be available for other days as/if required at our beautiful winery in the Bridge Pa Triangle. Reporting to our Cellar Door Manager, you will be responsible for hosting our guests and offering them an practice that encourages them to purchase our wine and become part of our wine club. You will need to be comfortable speaking to groups and offering exceptional customer service to everyone who visits us. When the Cellar Door is quiet, you may also be required to process phone and email orders and will be responsible for ensuring our shop always looks great. There may also be times when you are required to: · Assist with stocktake · Run or assist with winery tours and personalised wine practices · Prepare food platters · Upload customer information to our database · Help at events such as the Bridge Pa wine and food festival . Help to create content/take photos for marketing purposes About you We are seeking for two vibrant, outgoing people who have a passion for wine and are keen to lgain as they go. You will be a natural seller and can read a room to offer the best practice for hosting people or a group. practice in the wine or hospitality industry is an advantage, but not necessary as full training will be offered. · Be able to work weekends · A Duty Manager Certificate could be an advantage · Reliable · Computer literacy · A reliable mode of transport is required Skills:
