The Job:
As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of the airline and join a team of highly dedicated, supportive, and adventurous employees. You will be working closely together to ensure efficient delivery, customer satisfaction and helpful advice for passengers. You will be representing domestic and international providers, therefore you will consider yourself to be a collaborator with solid communication as you will be dealing with various airline representatives throughout your day. Your day will involve variety, which will keep your day compelling and stimulating, combined with the satisfaction of knowing that you are continuously enhancing and streamlining the experience for travellers. You will consider yourself a team player and enjoy working with people. The position of Airline Customer Service Agent is permanent with an immediate start available. This job can be part-time or full-time and is highly flexible with a range of shifts available.
