Have you the skills, time and availcapability right now to come in and take charge but make no changes for 4 months in this well -established Contact Centre.

This is a senior function where a manager is needed for a short time between a new leader joining the business.

There are 8 direct reports from Workforce Managers & Business improvement to Quality & Team Administrators.

You will need significant practice in the Contact Centre Space at a senior level.

This is a guardian function to keep everything ticking over nicely between leaders.

The Contact centre has approximately 150 + people.
