The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, possess SAP proficiency, and demonstrate expertise in staff management, HACCP protocols, and DIFOT management. Responsibilities: » Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. » Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, productivity, and accuracy. » Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols. » Utilize SAP software to manage inventory, track shipments, generate reports, and analyze data to improve overall operational performance. » Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and other relevant safety regulations, implementing necessary protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment. » Monitor and manage the DIFOT performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. » Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth coordination and effective communication across departments. » Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and manage stock control processes. » Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to streamline warehouse operations and enhance productivity. » Prioritize health and safety of our employees, visitors, and the environment. To ensure a safe working environment, we have implemented comprehensive health and safety measures.
