On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager for a Monday to Friday dayshift position to join our dynamic team in Avondale. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, possess SAP proficiency, and demonstrate expertise in staff management, HACCP protocols, and DIFOT management. If you are a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with a passion for optimizing warehouse operations, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
   » Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
   » Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
   » Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
   » Utilize SAP software to manage inventory, track shipments, generate reports, and analyze data to improve overall operational performance.
   » Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and other relevant safety regulations, implementing necessary protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
   » Monitor and manage the DIFOT performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
   » Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth coordination and effective communication across departments.
   » Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and manage stock control processes.
   » Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to streamline warehouse operations and enhance productivity.
   » Prioritize health and safety of our employees, visitors, and the environment. To ensure a safe working environment, we have implemented comprehensive health and safety measures.

Requirements:
   » Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
   » Proficiency in SAP software for inventory management and logistics.
   » Proven experience in staff management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team development.
   » Strong knowledge of HACCP protocols and experience in ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
   » Familiarity with DIFOT management principles and strategies.
   » Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
   » Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
   » Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with teams, suppliers, and customers.
   » Proactive and innovative mindset with a continuous improvement mindset.
   » Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
   » High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.
   » Forklift License and Reach License
