This includes consistency and quality assurance of content and assets across all Q Theatre brand touch points. They will work closely with the Head of Marketing to drive revenue growth and audience engagement and will be responsible for superviseing a range of marketing initiatives, from brand management to digital campaigns. The Marketing Executive will also be the champion of audience development at Q Theatre. They will work alongside Q's arts hirers to provide a wide variety of support, guidance and advice to encourage innovative and effective marketing campaigns. expertise, QUALIFICATIONS & practice: · Minimum 5 years' practice in a Marketing function or equivalent · practice in creating and managing prosperous marketing campaigns, particularly in the performing arts or entertainment industry · Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and social media platforms · Strong knowledge of audience development and revenue generation strategies in the performing arts industry · practice in working closing on small to medium budget marketing campaigns · knowledge of basic content creation for social platforms · capability to manage multiple tight deadlines efficiently and to prioritise competing commitments · Able to work effectively in a team environment, be able to work well under pressure, and have excellent problem-solving expertise · A strong demonstrable computer literacy on most platforms specifically: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc) The ideal candidate would also have practice with (preferred but not essential) · Content Management Systems · Project management software (Monday.com, Asana, Trello etc) · Email Marketing platforms (MailChimp, Wordfly etc) · Adobe suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Premier · knowledge of SEO Methodology · Data analysis Links & Contact info: CLICK HERE TO APPLY How to submit the application: Pleasefollow this linkto apply through Cultivate with a CV and Cover Letter.
