Engagement adjunct:CCCrecruitmentJob description:Job DescriptionThis is an exciting and challenging opportunity to become part of the Council’s Engagement Team.Our Engagement Team is right in the mix of the journey our city is on and the work that the Council does. We have an opportunity for a team player to join us. You will provide general administrative support – developing and maintaining stakeholder databases, booking venues, helping to organise and run engagement events, and recording and summarising feedback. You will also be required to update and maintain the Council’s ‘Have Your Say’ web pages, ensuring all content meets our web standards. To be prosperous in this function you will be a dynamic team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, be self-motivated with proven communication expertise, andhave a high level of Microsoft office expertise. You’ll be able to deliver a high level of customer service and work to deadlines, displaying excellent attentionto detail and a cool head under pressure.
