ACC has been improving the lives of New Zealanders since 1974. With ACC, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen. You will be a visible and available Team Leader – someone who will engage and motivate and ensure everyone is delivering a positive customer practice. You will do this through a focus on coaching and mentoring, as a team and individually, and by providing support to your team to ensure their success. You will need to be able to work in a super-fast paced environment and be able to work collaboratively, accepting and providing feedback on a everyday basis.
