The successful candidate will preferably be located in Christchurch but location can be flexible throughout the South Island. The successful candidate will be an expert at establishing strong and healthy relationships with different stakeholders as well as have effective management of customer relations to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: » Achieve sales growth in assigned product area, market, and region » Identify new sales opportunities » Sales planning and development » Research and scope technical solutions required to meet industry specific, customer needs or unmet needs » Complete all required training and development to improve product expertise, selling skills, knowledge and awareness of market and industry trends Key Requirements: » Bachelor's degree (Engineering) or relevant years of industry experience in hydraulics » 3-5 years of experience in an industry relevant sales environment » Strong written and verbal communication skills » Ability to travel throughout NZ and overseas as required On offer in return in a competitive base salary, a lucrative bonus scheme as well as a car allowance.
