Are you an experienced Construction Project manager that is currently looking for a new challenge, and even possibly a change of scenery? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a team in Tauranga, where you will lead an experienced team of project managers across an exciting new project and report to the regional Construction Manager on a regular basis.

About the role:

As our Senior Project Manager, you'll be producing project methodology, budgets, and programs. You will also be:
   » Working in conjunction with the Construction Manager to estimate and tender for new projects
   » Overall responsibility for specific project implementation and delivery
   » Directing and leading Site Works Managers, teams as well as sub-contractors
   » Developing and fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
About you

Perhaps you are looking for your next challenge or you are a seasoned manager looking for a change? Either way, you will be passionate about project management, in particular Construction, actively seek continuous improvement, and be an inspirational leader.

You'll demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
   » The ability to create and deliver a strong customer focus culture, and a collaborative approach to develop client relationships
   » Strong collaboration and communication skills
   » Proven track record in developing a culture that supports Health and Safety management, encouraging and rewarding excellence.
   » Proven successful Contract Management experience ideally within Road Maintenance, Utilities and/or Construction
   » Tertiary qualification, preferably in Business Management or Civil Engineering
