This is a broad and challenging business partner function delivering both design and delivery of HR processes as well as partnering with our operational leaders. About the function – Atu mo te mahi Reporting to the Head of People, this function will join a team of functional specialists to ensure we have an engaging and effective onboarding and separation practice for our employees who join our team. Working collaboratively with our Whakarongorau Aotearoa People Team, this function will design, implement, and align HR policies, processes and systems appropriate for our employees. About you – Pehea koe We are seeking for Somebody with a strong background in leading HR design and delivery for an organisation and practice in partnering with senior leaders, employees, unions and subject matter experts to provide effective solutions. Proven practice in a similar function and exposure to managing significant growth or change is desirable. We need a strong communicator who is proactive and thrives in a fast paced and complex environment. Confident with managing Performance and ER and uses sound judgement to communicate and resolve issues quickly. Engaging and motivated leader who works collaboratively to achieve collective impact while also championing our values, objectives and ways of working.
