Customer Service/Sales Support

Our Australian Based Company is looking to expand their Customer Service team with a Customer Service/Sales Support for their New Zealand based office in Auckland.

Provide ongoing support to customers, the sales and administration team in regard to Customer Service, Orders, Invoicing, Queries, Reports as well as other key administrative and support functions as required from time to time by sales and management. To work as a team with other team members to increase efficiency of our business processes. A background in Accounts receivable and Account payable highly regarded.

Essential Skills:
   » Proven Customer support experience
   » Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
   » Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
   » Excellent communication and presentation skills.
   » Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
   » Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
   » Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
   » Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
   » Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
   » Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
   » Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
   » Take the extra mile to engage customers.
