Atu mo te mahi – About the function
The newly created People Service Lead position will manage and lead a team of People Service Advisors providing Tier One Employee practice (Ex) service support and people process administration. This is a critical position to ensure that leaders and staff across our business have access to accurate and consistent advice and support.
As well as building and shaping your team, and leading them to become a centre of excellence, you will ensure operational excellence in people processes across the Ex functions and deliver outstanding service to all stakeholders.
Work collaboratively across the Ex team to identify areas for improvement; contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures located on significant legislation and People best practice; and develop a scalable People Services function to meet capacity requirements.
Pehea koe – About you
To excel in this position you’ll demonstrate leadership abilities practice of cross functional high visibility teams and have a few years of foundation practice with people processes and employment practice in New Zealand. Specific People and Capcapability practice would be a distinct advantage to be able to be a subject matter expert for your team.
You’ll have expertise in process optimisation and delivery; in change and project management and exposure in leading a team to rapid scaling/high volume onboarding would be an advantage.

Our 12 clinical teams and support services are located across contact centres in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and from their homes across Aotearoa.
