Team Administrator

located in Wellington or Auckland
   » 12 months Fixed Term
   » Work in the house two days per week

We have a great opportunity for a proactive and highly motivated Team Administrator to join the Improvement, Systems and Technology team

The tasks you will be responsible for will include
   » Working alongside our leaders providing high level administration support to our technology teams
   » Supporting recruitment and induction to provide a great candidate practice
   » Setting up and maintaining efficient filing systems and procedures
   » Ensuring meetings are co-ordinated and effective minutes are recorded
   » Organising events including booking rooms, arranging catering, and coordinating invites and responses
   » Participating in improvements of administrative support systems and internal procedures
   » Proactively supporting the wider administration team to ensure deadlines are met
Abilities you will bring to the function
   » Demonstrated practice undertaking general administrative tasks
   » Previous practice working in a fast-paced complex environment, whilst managing multiple responsibilities at any one time
   » Excellent attention to detail
   » Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication expertise
   » Proven practice in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with the capability to easily pick up and lgain new software
   » The capability to easily build and maintain rapport with others and work with a variety of personality types
   » Confidence in engaging with a range of stakeholders, including questioning, and challenging when required
