Primary Function The ideal candidate will have an understanding of in-store communications marketing, retail marketing, brand positioning, product marketing/product advertising management. You will be armed with experience in a marketing/advertising agency or client side, in a fast-paced environment. Preferably, you will have experience working with consumer electronic brands. In a flat structure, you will work closely with Senior Retail Communications Manager, Senior RX Project manager, creative studio and Cheil specialised off-shore teams from time to time. The Retail Marketing Account Executive is responsible for the delivering content for Samsung product in stores across Samsung own fixtures, Samsung partners' channels (in-store and partially digital where possible). You will aspire to look at online to offline/offline to online retail comms/marketing solutions. You will be responsible for collaborating with agency account and studio teams, Retail Marketing stakeholder on client side as well as Samsung vendors network = management of projects with multiple stakeholders. You will support Samsung client with the implementation of shopper marketing projects across all Samsung product categories. Duties & Responsibilities Account Management » Support the Senior Retail Communications Manager on the day-to-day activity of the account, including status meetings, finances, timings, reporting » Develop and hold the junior client relationships with nothing less than incredible client servicing skills that foster a consultative, trusting, personal relationship » Support projects and own parts of the business with autonomy and expertise (with support from the SRCM) » Knowing and constantly learning about your shopper journey, seeking out and understanding shopper needs. » Leveraging to better speak to the shopper at retail through constant improvement of agency output. » Confident in presenting work to clients & interpreting / interrogating feedback. » Hold an understanding of agency process from client brief, to delivery and measurement » Manage some of client's vendors Production & Project Management » Knowledge of design of POSM across static and digital channels » Knowledge of preparation of print assets and asset management » Experience in producing POSMs across retail stores in NZ or Australia » Ability to brief creative teams and work with them as a consultant to best shape the work in response to the client and agency brief » Comfortable running integrated campaigns and collaborating with cross-agency teams and media agencies on delivery as you will be working along ATL team Skills and Capabilities » A person who prides themselves on being well organised with extremely strong attention-to-detail skills » A go-getter who is hungry and energised to produce brilliant work » Personable, outgoing and easy to work with, and strong communication skills » Someone with no ego who never says "that's not my job" » Someone who is good at collaborating with different disciplines and people » Confident and able to speak up » Good under pressure and able to keep focussed Adecco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
