Randstad are looking for Contact Centre Representatives to work in a busy call centre for a well-known not-for-profit organisation.

The function
You would be working within a friendly contact centre team for a well-known New Zealand charity.

this function will require you to answer inbound phone calls from a range of potential customers. You will be providing prompt customer service, inputting information into computer systems, and where required contacting other services and teams to provide further assistance to the customer.

this function requires you to have an impeccable phone manner, strong emotional intelligence, be tech savvy, and the desire to help and provide a great customer practice.

The organisation
You will be working for a well-known New Zealand organisation with charitable status. This organisation is a major employer and are known for their positive contributions to the community and to the lives of individual New Zealanders.
Their modern and comfortable office is located in Mt Wellington, offering easy parking options.


Hours and shifts

This is a full-time function (40 hours per week).
Your hours would be Monday - Friday, betwen 7am and 7pm with potential weekend shifts

Pay rate
The rate of pay for this function is $21 per hour + 8% holiday pay.

To apply you for this function, you must:
   » Be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or have a valid open work visa;
   » Be able to pass a Police Check (no criminal convictions);
   » Have proven customer service practice (e.g. in contact centres, hospitality, retail, reception etc. - please note previous contact centre practice is NOT required for this function);
   » Be an excellent spoken and written communicator;
   » Be technically apt, and able to pick up new technology and systems quickly and accurately; AND
   » Have a strong work ethic, enjoy helping people, and be a committed team player.
