About the Role Reporting to the Credit Manager, you would be responsible for: » Controlling and managing the accounts receivable sub ledgers for the accounts that are allocated to the position. » Ensuring billings are accurate and the collection of those monies is followed up on a timely basis. » Managing the Aged Trial Balance and reporting for overdue or credit balances. » Assisting and partnering with facilities and residents or their families in a positive manner as expected of "Leaders in Care". » Prompt processing of BCTI's of fortnightly payments from MOH and WINZ. » Prompt reconciliations of accounts on discharge. » Credit Control on outstanding amounts. » Assist with various tasks relating to month end processing. Skills and Experience » A minimum of three years' experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. » Ability to manage time and resources effectively and efficiently. » Strong computer skills and data entry skills. » Have empathy for the elderly. » Be a team player. » Have strong communication skills, both written and oral.
