We are looking for a well versed and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join an international leading company within the Technology industry. The Perfect Candidate Should: » Be a thoroughly accurate and precise individual who can confidently process the accounting transactions for AR. » Show efficiency when completing tasks in a timely manner, all whilst ensuring compliance within internal guidelines and procedures. » Feel comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and to be confident working within a large international establishment where a vast network of departments will integrate with each other. Responsibilities: » Processing AR transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and processing. » To collect the relevant accounting data needed to format monthly reports relating to the AR area. » To execute analysis and reporting as assigned and to take appropriate action when necessary. » To comply and assist in achieving Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Receivable for applicable templates. » Participate in internal control testing and the preperation of relevant documentation. » Ensures all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
