Senior Credit ControllerJob location:Auckland Manukau & East Auckland Work Type: Permanent » » » • East Tamaki location; Mon-Fri 8:30am-5.00pm – parking onsite! • Looking for practice Credit Controller to step in and add instant value • $80k income + an excellent bonus structure + health insurance! My client is an established, international organisation with a national presence, who is seeking a resilient credit controller to step up, into a senior position in the finance team. As a senior credit controller, you will monitor and maintain the debtors’ ledger in order to maximise sales and minimise financial loss. Key Job responsibilities: » Attend to customer account queries and contact with account managers with any matters of concern. » Monitor and maintain the debtor’s ledger. » General account maintenance, such as credit limit changes, structure changes » Assist the wider finance team with documentation and information as required. » Keeping the credit control process up to date. You will be a great communicator, speaking within internal departments on allocations and credits, and be required to pitch in and help with general financial administration, such as refunds. This is a hands on function. You’ll be open to taking direction and have a nice flexible personality, fitting in well with the team, highly reliable and organised, and have strong Excel expertise. This position seeks a someone who can step in and pick things up quickly! About you: » Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance or equivalent qualification » Previous practice with SAP and Microsoft office products » Resilient and reliable team player, who is happy to put up their hand to help out fellow colleagues.
