Fulltime or negotiated part-time opportunity to join the EIT team on campus in Gisborne.
Apply for this key position inGisborne and work closely with the Executive Director, Human Resources and Campus Director in providing generalist HR advice for managers and staff on the Tair?whiti Campus.

Ideally you will have a sound expertise of human resources practice and significant employment legislation, and skills in employment/industrial relations and change management.

Most importantly you will be a confident communicator with the capability to establish strong and credible working relationships with staff at all levels of the organisation.

A significant tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
