Ideally you will have a sound expertise of human resources practice and significant employment legislation, and skills in employment/industrial relations and change management. Most importantly you will be a confident communicator with the capability to establish strong and credible working relationships with staff at all levels of the organisation. A significant tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
