We are recruiting for a Cemetery agent, located at our Taruheru office to support our awesome Cemetery Leader. Don't worry, you don't have to have practice, as long as you are keen to learn, have a caring and considerate nature and practice providing high quality service to our community. You will need to have strong administration expertise and great attention to detail.
This is a frontline position, delivering quality customer service in a professional manner by performing burial operations, providing information, reviewing and updating cemetery records, completing transactions and initiating service requests as the first point of contact for cemetery enquires.
Ideally you will have:
   » General labour/maintenance practice
   » Proven administration expertise conducted with accuracy
   » Great customer service expertise
   » Have a ?can do? attitude
   » Will be happy working as part of a very small team
   » Good expertise of Maori tikanga
The ideal candidates will be a champion of Health and Safety supporting the Cemetery leader
candidates will be highly motivated team players who form positive relationships with staff and external contractors, are well organised and committed to providing excellent service and quality results. candidates must have a basic expertise of working in partnership with tangata whenua or at least a availability to learn.
