Forklift OperatorLocation InvercargillSouthland Job type Temporary Salary to Category Transport, Shipping, Logistics > Warehouse & Distribution » Consistent Full-time hours - 40+ hours per week » Immediate start » Supportive team environment Due to an increase in our clients' business we are currently seeking a suitably experienced and motivated forklift operator to assist in our client's warehouse. This role is temporary with the potential to go permanent for the right person Based in Invercargill this role involves a wide variety of tasks, primarily operating a forklift to assist with inwards and outwards goods as well as some customer service. A current OSH forklift certificate and F endorsement is required as well as proven experience operating a forklift Specific duties include but are not limited to: - Receipting, picking, packing, despatching and stock control - Safe operation of a forklift - Maintaining the upkeep and cleanliness of the stores area whilst adhering to our clients' policies and procedures - Loading and unloading stock - Customer Service To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following - A high level of Health and Safety awareness - Proven experience in the operation of a forklift - Full class 1 driver's license - OSH forklift certificate and F endorsement - Good level of fitness as this position can be physically demanding In return our clients' offers competitive remuneration, a fun and supportive team and a stable work environment.
