Our Lecturers will have the following: » practice or strong interest in teaching and mentoring adults at a tertiary level » Teacher registration is essential » practice in eLearning is particularly desirable » expertise and fluency in te reo M`aori me ng`a tikanga M`aori is desirable » A commitment to growing bicultural practice » A Masters’ degree in ECE or significant discipline, or engagement in post-graduate ECE study is desirable » Strong community networks » Excellent interpersonal/organisational expertise In addition to the above, our Pouako will have the following: » Authentic expertise of ng? tikanga within the Dunedin – ?tepoti rohe » practice or capability contextualising te reo M?ori me ng? tikanga M?ori in ECE Our Pouako work within a collaborative team at ?tepoti teaching base and are part of a vibrant Pouako team all over Aotearoa who teach, provide leadership abilities in m?tauranga M?ori me te reo M?ori, and who share your commitment to bicultural early childhood curriculum.
