As a Business Process Improvement Lead you will work collaboratively with the business, subject matter experts and project members to carry out business process alignment to ACC’s process architecture and process discovery activities. This will involve business process design through to implementation, including process change activities. You will be responsible for fulfilling all process improvement team responsibilities in projects and value streams that you are assigned to.
What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function:
   » A passion for business process improvement with a strong desire to make a difference
   » Confidence to set up and lead a programme of work across a large and complex environment or working within a dedicated Agile team environment
   » Have at least three years’ practice using lean six sigma or equivalent process improvement methodologies
   » The capability to partner with the business and manage multiple relationship across a wide variety of stakeholders, making strong connections and encourage people to work together to get the very best results
   » practice and expertise working in the SAFe Agile framework and working in teams of teams would be advantageous
   » You can collaborate to deal with problems with creative solutions
   » availability to take on challenges and lead by example and you can think on your feet and roll with Information technology when things change
   » Confidence to play a key function in coaching and supporting others to succeed
   » The capability to positively motivate and work with people through change and in projects
   » You get a kick out of helping people, taking them on a journey and getting them to those ‘aha’ moments!
   » You want to make a difference in the way services are delivered to the people of New Zealand
