We have a number of work in the house Vaccine Advisor functions available. The person in this function will be responsible for education around the vaccine along with scheduling appointments. This is the perfect function for Somebody with strong customer service practice, great organisational expertise and Somebody with the capability to work in the house.The function: » Taking inbound calls from the public dealing with the COVID 19 vaccine. » Booking, rescheduling and cancelling vaccine appointments » Giving general advice and answering general queries regarding the vaccine. » The function is for a minimum of 3 months with the potential to extend further - a minimum of 3 month commitment is required. » $23 per hour » Immediate start What we can offer: » Support and training all over assignment » Opportunity to further develop expertise and practice » Opportunity to upskill to advisor manager The ideal candidate: » Will have call centre practice within the last 3 years » Excellent communication expertise » Can show empathy and knowledge » Easily build relationships and trust with people.
