Our established client based on the North Shore in Albany is looking for a Senior Finance Administrator / Officer / Controller to join their

Senior Finance Administrator / Officer / Controller. Live and work locally. Albany, William Pickering Drive, Auckland North Shore.

Full time position - 8.30am to 5pm, Monday - Friday.

You will have??

Five years plus work experience in New Zealand Solid background in Finance to management accounts. Advanced Xero experience including accounts to trial balance Ability to multi-task, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate Microsoft Office experience Have a pragmatic mind-set with great time management The ability to prioritise with flexibility and a have proactive approach Ability to identify problems Team focused attitude Experience with WorkflowMax, an advantage.

Some of your responsibilities will include: Financial Tasks such as Invoicing, Fleet vehicle management, Some PA tasks to the Managing Director

Working closely with the administration/accounts team in Auckland.

Pitching in with odd jobs like occasionally emptying the dishwasher, picking up morning teas etc

Reports to the Operations Manager who has been with them for 8 years.
