With over 200Ha’s of Apple Orchards stretching over the Waimea plains in Hope. We are pursuing hard-working positive people to join our team through our harvest period. This is a fixed term function working Monday – Friday as well as being available for Saturday work. Flexibility is required around this to align your work hours with work requirements if needed. Our harvest period starts around WC 14th February and runs through to the end of April 2022 weather dependent. Its important that you are available to work the entire season. All of our orchards are on flat land in the Appleby / Hope area, 5 km south of Richmond. Previous apple picking practice or other outdoor work highly preferred, but full training is provided. After an initial (paid) training period, you will be paid on an incentive basis. You can still expect to gain above $20.00 per hour. Hours of work will be between 6.30am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. Depending on weather and work load. Please note it’s important that you commit to the whole fixed term period and must have a vailid working visa. As we pick our fruit by colour its important that you can pass a colour blind test. Skills:
