Reducing the incidence and severity of injuries is a strategic priority for ACC and one of many ways we help to improve lives every day. ACC is embarking on an evolution of our sensitive claims service and we have a great opportunity to join our team as our Programme Lead, Sensitive Claims. This is a newly created function responsible for the leadership abilities and accountcapability of a new integrated work programme.
This position has overall accountcapability for the delivery of the work programme. You will work in collaboration with other Programmes Leads across ACC to ensure prosperous planning and delivery of an equitable and integrated roadmap for implementation of programmes under ACCs Joint Venture obligations and that support our aspirations to reduce family violence and sexual violence in New Zealand.
What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function will include the following:
   » You will have significant practice delivering large complex projects in a structured environment particularly with systems level change
   » Senior level practice reporting to governance boards, preparing internal organisational paperwork and managing timeframes and deliverables
   » You have proven skills in all aspects of programme and project disciplines, particularly planning and control, risk and issue management and stakeholder management
   » Demonstrated previous practice of change management in the significant area in complex organisations, including being skilled in managing the scheduling of end-to-end programme or project pipeline management is desirable
   » Proven skill at working in conjunction with senior stakeholders to develop and agree plans and approaches for complex projects and programmes
   » You are pragmatic and analytical, able to identify and express courses of action and approaches that respond to the needs of multiple stakeholders
