About the function You will be responsible for investment return and attribution analysis and producing various commentaries to Senior Management and the Board. You will work very closely with the Portfolio Managers in the production of various reporting and commentary. Your knowledge of Investment Performance or similar functions within Finance or Investment Management would set you up nicely. What you need to be prosperous will include the following: » Ideally you will have a tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, mathematics or a quantitative discipline (e.g. engineering) » Investment product knowledge through previous practice working in/with financial services organisations (e.g. investment manager, banks, consultancy) and a good knowledge of performance measurement methods and financial markets » Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise. (a bonus for us is knowledge of the Microsoft PowerBI technology stack) » Knowledge of financial market or performance systems (e.g. Bloomberg, Factset, Ortec Pearl) preferable but not essential » Advanced report writing expertise » Due to the nature of this function, you need to have a strong attention to detail Join us – an organisation that grew out of bold thinking and has an enduring commitment to care for others at work, home and play.
